I’ve called Santa Barbara home for more than 23 years, and I care deeply about the people and communities here. I bring a highly personal, relationship-driven approach to real estate, combining local market knowledge with thoughtful strategy and clear communication.
My background is a bit unconventional for real estate, and I see that as an advantage. I hold an MBA, spent years working in finance and risk management, and also come from a hands-on construction and building background. That combination helps me evaluate homes from both an emotional and practical perspective, while helping clients make decisions that stand the test of time.
This is also very much a family business. I work alongside my wife, an accomplished interior designer, and together we help clients see both the potential and presentation of a home. For sellers, that can mean thoughtful guidance on preparing a property for market. For buyers, it often means helping them envision what a home could become.
